Mail Order Instructions

Please note that mail orders may take an additional 2-3 weeks to process.

Step #1

First, print or write down a list of the items you would like to purchase and calculate the subtotal of the items. The easiest way to do this is by adding the items to the shopping cart on this website; the subtotal will be automatically calculated for you in the cart.

Step #2

Next, choose the method of shipping and add shipping & handling (S&H) charges to the subtotal:

  1. Standard domestic shipping via USPS: $8.49
  2. FedEx domestic 2-day shipping: $30
  3. FedEx domestic overnight shipping: $40
  4. FedEx International shipping to Canada: $24.99
  5. FedEx International shipping to all other countries: $29.99

Step #3

Next, calculate the sales tax, if applicable, then add it to the subtotal and shipping charges. The easiest way to see the sales tax is to add the items you are purchasing to your shopping cart on this website, proceed to checkout, and then enter your shipping address. The order summary will then show you the total cost including the shipping charges and sales tax. If you need any assistance with this, please contact us at the number below.

Step #4

Write a check or money order for the grand total made out to the Universal Life Church.

Step #5

Include a note that lists your shipping address, phone number, and email address.

Step #6

Finally, send all of this information and the check or money order to:

Please Note: Personal checks over $100 will require additional time for the bank to clear the check.

Notice for International ministers: All of our prices are in U.S. dollars. As such, you will need to send a money order made out in U.S. dollars for the grand total. Personal checks drawn on foreign banks for the prices listed on our website will be insufficient due to the exchange rate.
