This Book Taught Me to Save Myself from Stress

I've struggled with stress for most of my life, taking medication and even seeking psychological therapy. While these techniques worked to varying degrees, I always knew there must be a way to deal with without the use of prescriptions or therapy. A friend of mine suggested I read Jon Kabat-Zinn's Wherever You Go, There You Are. This book has saved my sanity and my life! Written in small chapters, the author explores how meditation can be the ultimate therapeutic tool to dealing with one's stress. While reading this book, it almost seemed like the author knew exactly what I was going through in my life. This is clearly because these meditation techniques can be used by anyone dealing with stress in their lives! This book is such a gift and has truly improved my life.
