Your default ordination date corresponds to the date you originally
                        completed your application for ordination. You may contact
                            us and request a different date under the following circumstance:
                    
                    
                        If you were ordained prior to your default ordination date (in-person, under
                        a different name, or via a different system) we may be able to
                        renew your ordination. You will need to contact our support staff for a
                        short interview and will likely be asked to provide proof of your prior
                        ordination, like a scan of your old ordination document. Please keep in mind
                        that we are only able to "renew" your ordination. Any documents you order
                        will display both your proven original ordination date and the "renewal"
                        ordination date on which your information was logged in the Universal Life
                        Church databases.
