Are we afraid of what the bible is really telling us? This is the problem that Bible scholar Peter Enns was presented with after years of study and teaching at Seminary. In his book The Bible Tells Me So Enns tells the story of how he challenged the conservative evangelical approach to the bible and how it changed his life. He argues that the traditional approach to the bible seeks to protect a human world view instead of truly understanding the meaning of God's words.
