Shipping & Delivery: For all US orders and International orders shipping is calculated using the United States Postal Service Priority Rate. The ID cards, courses, and titles are shipped from another location and will arrive separately. Most items will arrive within 2 weeks, but please allow up to 30 days to receive your order.

Return Policy: We will not offer any refunds on materials that have been imprinted with your name. We will be happy to replace any where the error is ours. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the merchandise in re-sellable condition within 30 days and the purchase price will be refunded to you. There can be no refunds on personalized items. Send all returns along with your name, address, order number and reason for the return to the address below.
