The Mormon Church continues to spar with its female members who say that the underwear the LDS church requires them to wear – called temple garments
– are unflattering, uncomfortable, and even causing serious health issues. Yet as Mormon youth push back on the garments, LDS leadership is doubling
down, claiming the underwear is necessary to remain faithful to church teachings.
