An alliance of Christian investors wrote open letters to retail giants like Costco and Walmart, imploring them not to sell a recently-approved abortion pill in their pharmacies. The investors, who collectively hold more than $170 million in stock from those companies, warn that the businesses may take both a financial and reputational hit if they don’t back down on plans to provide the new medication.
