This package contains:

• Wedding Officiant Credential
• Notarized Letter of Good Standing / Letter of Consent (Las Vegas)
• the Application Form for Clark County

If you have not already received your Ordination Credential. You must order it now.
MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE SPELLED YOUR NAME CORRECTLY AND THAT YOUR ORDINATION DATE IS CORRECT.
