Nevada recognizes weddings performed by ULC ministers who apply using our Nevada - Wedding Officiant Package.
This package contains:
- Official Signed and Stamped Ordination Credential
- Notarized Letter of Good Standing / Letter of Consent (Las Vegas)
- Affidavit of Authority to Solemnize Marriage
**Nevada requires a minimum of 30 days to process your wedding officiant application.**
If your wedding is occurring in less than 30 days, you will be unable to officiate.
Please note:The Single Ceremony Officiant package must be ordered within 90 days of the wedding or it will not be accepted. Clark County does not allow permanent officiant registration without local training. Purchase and submit all paperwork to the county clerk less than 90 days and more than 30 days before the wedding ceremony.
MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE SPELLED YOUR NAME CORRECTLY AND THAT YOUR ORDINATION DATE IS CORRECT.

Note: Nevada requires a different Affidavit for an officiant who will perform multiple weddings. This option is only available to Nevada residents with a valid Nevada address.
Note: Clark County requires that the couple getting married must sign the application ( included in this package ) and have it notarized.
If you are not a Nevada resident and/or plan on performing a single ceremony, you will receive the Single Ceremony Affidavit of Authority to Solemnize Marriage. Please be aware that for each additional wedding you will need to receive a separate authorization from the office of the county clerk.
