This package contains:
- Official Signed and Stamped Ordination Credential
- Wedding Officiant Credential
- Notarized Letter of Good Standing / Letter of Consent (Las Vegas)
- Affidavit of Authority to Solemnize Marriage
- the Application Form for Clark or Washoe County
MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE SPELLED YOUR NAME CORRECTLY AND THAT YOUR ORDINATION DATE IS CORRECT.
NO P.O BOXES. NEED PHYSICAL ADDRESS.
