I lost my best friend within the last two years and I was having an incredibly difficult time coping with this loss, when my sister suggested this book. After reading Life After Life, Im finally able to come to terms with the death of my friend. A great book for anyone bereaved by the death of a loved one, Raymond Moodys Life After Life offers insight into the true nature of death and the reality of the afterlife. Probably the most fascinating sections of this book are those which recount first hand experiences of the afterlife itself. After being brought back to life on operating tables, or hospital beds, the stories survivors describe in this book have reaffirmed my belief in an afterlife and in my own faith. By attempting to answer the unknowable, Dr. Moodys research offers great solace to anyone who has ever feared the death of a loved one.
