Saints are not supermen or superwomen, people with some extra spiritual oomph that the rest of us lack. The life of a saint is simply one that is fully oriented toward God, and this life is attainable for everyone. It is this same need for spiritual fulfillment which led me to become ordained with the Universal Life Church Monastery, and the same need which has led me to this beautiful book. Written by the recently deceased Christian Minister, Jack Bernard, this book offers amazing advice for anyone starting on the path to sainthood. How to Become a Saint discusses the true nature of sainthood and faith as it pertains to living everyday as a good Christian. This is more important now than ever, with the term "Good Christian," being thrown around and misused often. I'm on my path to Sainthood and have this guide to thank!
